Shipping Process:

We ship all orders by the most economical and efficient method available. We primarily use the UPS with real time shipping rates throughout the United States and Canada. All orders are packed using the necessary packaging supplies to keep the contents safe and secure until it reaches its destination. We do our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt and expect most packages to arrive in 3-5 business days. If you have any questions please contact us before placing your order.

We reserve the right to select the carrier unless the customer requests a special shipment method. Where the customer has requested a specific carrier, the customer will be responsible for any extra shipping costs.

Returns Process:

  • Contact Licensed Specialty Products – Webfoot to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number) Call (419) 800-8100 or email us
  • LSP-Webfoot may issue you an RA# number as well as the address to ship the package(s) back to.
  • Package and seal your return securely and write CLEARLY on the outside of your package the RA# number given to you, please include your return address information
  • Return the package to the address given to you
  • We will notify you via email of the status of your refund/replacement once we have received and inspected the items returned for credit or replacement
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
  • 25% Restocking fee may apply
  • LSP-Webfoot is not responsible for damaged or stolen shipments, nor for delays in shipping due to the courier of choice. Claims for such circumstances must be taken up with the courier service.
  • NO RETURNS will be accepted or credited for any reason without prior authorization.
